1 Tablespoon Crisco1/3 cup sugar1 egg1/4 cup chopped nuts1/2 cup grated pineapple2/3 cup flour1/4 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons baking powderCream Crisco, sugar, and egg. Add nuts and pineapple which has been thoroughly drained. Sift flour with salt and baking powder and add to mixture. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and bake in moderate oven (350) for 10 minutes.
