Corn Muffins - 1930

1 cup corn meal
1 cup white flour
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and butter. Stir well. Bake in muffin pans in a hot oven about 20 minutes.
